That said, their business model is such that, when a client is getting ready to drop from a program you're part of, they can't really tell you until the relationship has ended - this can make for a scary situation where you're scrambling to make up for a hole in your income. That said: 1. It's pretty much the exact same way directly dealing with clients: Usually they aren't going to go "well, we are going to drop you in X weeks, so prepare." 2. I've worked with this company in some capacity or another for going on five years now and have only had this happen in a way that seriously impacts my revenue twice.
