We mainly use Skyvia to replicate Salesforce data into BigQuery on a schedule. Once the initial setup was done, the pipeline has been stable and predictable. We use Skyvia as a bulk import and data flow tool for Salesforce. Setting up an integration, mapping fields etc. is really straightforward. The platform has been stable enough for our needs and pricing is fair. Whenever we’ve reached out, support has been responsive and helpful, which we really appreciate. When you cancel a job the error and success rows are not available in the logs, which can maken it difficult to troubleshoot. Hence the logs could be more elaborate in our opinion. Sometimes it can take a while for a job to be picked up -- this is understandable during peak times, but it would be helpful if there was an indication of how long it will take for a job to picked-up (number in queue for example). With the data flows and bulk import integrations we've mapped out we've unified our workflow and are saving lots of time to do other things that would otherwise be spent on monitoring import progression and processing data manually.
