Skytouch is very easy to use compared to most systems, for example marriott uses fossesometimes and that system alone took me 6 months to completely learn while skytouch took a day for the basic and a week to learn it all the way through Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing i dislike about skytouch is when checkig in third party reservations you have tp go through the arrivals list to check them in instead of being on the profile and doing so Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've loved using SkyTouch during working at Amsterdam inns Moncton. It's quick and easy to follow. If there's ever issues they're always resolved fairly quickly. The skytouch team is very helpful and easy to reach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about SkyTouch Technology is the Group Master user interface. It makes creating group blocks simple, fast, and effcient. I like how we are about to check the guests out through the group master. The "Fast Edit" lets me quickly make changes to guest(s) reservations in the group block. I'm also able to edit term of contract with policy updates. Overall I am very satisfied with Skytouch Technology as it has made our hospitality business more effcient. What I dislike about SkyTough Technology is that sometimes our guest(s) get double charged or unwanted authorization holds on their credit cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I worked with so many PMS system during my 20 years journey in hotels business and the sky touch has been the best simple system to use , the non complicated systems are ready useful at this time of industry where people just need to save time and reduce complications during business hours .. great system with very simple and easy functions! The tech support is top notch at Skytouch. Honestly, I always dread calling tech support for Choice Hotels, who owns Skytouch, because they make you sit on hold forever, and then you get someone who doesn't really know the system that way. The result is being put on hold over and over while they call a more knowledgeable person to get a possible answer. At Skytouch, that doesn't happen, because they don't seem to use overseas help to man the tech support lines, and the result is fast friendly people that actually KNOW the system inside out, and can figure out issues quickly! There are times when you may have to sit on hold a minute or two, but it isn't like the 30 minutes or longer with other companies. I would definitely use Skytouch again! The only thing I believe Skytouch could improve is to have system status information on the login page. On my most recent call this morning, they immediately gave me the information that they are aware of people not being able to login, and that they were working on it. Again, it would have been good if that were posted on the login page so that we could avoid the call in the first place. Other than that, there are no glaring problems at ST. The simplicity of Skytouch, yet having all the features that you would need to run a hotel. Also, being able to access the PMS from anywhere as long as you have wifi is a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean" operating system and it's simple to use. Tends to have minimal downtime but it has gotten a little bit worse as the company has grown. Customer service has always been solid when needing to resolve issues or ask questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Lacks the ability to fully "close out" a day or days and "close out" a specific room type. It provides the ability to "close to arrival" on a specific day(s) or set a "minimum length of stay" to achieve that goal but that does carry negative attributes with doing so. As we've evolved, it seems as though it has been having trouble interfacing with add-on applications for us. I love how easy it is to use. When I first started at the comapny I'm with now, we used a diifferent pms system. When we switched over to skytouch I was worried that it woukld be difficult to learn. It is so much better then any system I previously used . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
