Operator+ is the field service app that finds your next commercial job. It puts 17.1 million commercial buildings on one map, prices each one with SkyEstimate before you call, and names the owner or manager who signs. Sky, the AI that knows your business, sets the app up from your mail and calendar and answers in the app and by text. Send branded proposals edited with AI, see every proposal opened, and get paid by card or bank with reminders. QuickBooks sync and one crew calendar keep the work moving from proposal to payment. Built for window cleaning, pressure washing and commercial cleaning companies. Start free; Pro from $199 a month.
