Hi there. Thank you for your review! Have you tried using our Groups feature to categorize your users? You’re able to create as many groups as you need, and you also have the option to create subgroups (groups that branch out from main groups), allowing you to essentially create any organizational structure you want. Thanks for your review! We have a feature that allows you to choose exactly what emails are sent out. If you have them all enabled, emails will be sent out when they begin the assessment, when they finish the assessment, and when it’s decided whether they pass or fail.
