It's very easy to use. It's easy to upload all the materials for a course. I like the way you can define groups, this fits in perfectly with the way we identify our learners, and makes it easy to add new staff. Once they are assigned to a group, we just add them to the tool, assign the group and all the required courses are automatically assigned. The automated training reminders will save us a lot of work. I like the ease of navigation for both administrators and for learners. Also, the ability to create multiple courses within a Learning Path, create initial and recurrent training timelines, run reports that allow me to drill down to whatever data I am looking for and then pull those reports for training verification is fantastic. Creating a customised learning platform was easy (even for a non-IT person!). The LMS is easy to navigate, the online tutorials are really well done, and the allocation of a "Customer Success Leader" enabled continuity in personal contact and the ability for an expert to follow my journey, give advice and recommendations, and encourages feedback for future improvements. A little more flexibility in upgrading specific features individually rather than plan only. For example, to access more detailed reporting features, we would have to pay more than double the monthly fee to upgrade to the next plan, although do not need any other feature except better reporting data. I have used some of the biggest and most expensive LMS products in the past with other companies and worked in this industry for 20+ yrs, so coming into this new position with a smaller company that had not previously used an LMS, I performed a thorough analysis of top LMS products, and tested them for about 3 months. Some seemed hard to navigate, or not user friendly and others had good features I liked, but missing other critical pieces that are a must. Skyprep had everything I needed (and was used to using in the past with more expensive products), plus additional features you normally don't get with a clean easy-to-use interface. My favorite feature is the download functionality - some of our job sites are in remote locations where internet connections can be..."spotty" so having the ability to download inside the browser window is great - and through multi-tabbed browsers, you can pull up and download multiple courses ahead of time (for iPads, phones), plus an additional ability to download to the local computer (if using on a computer) is an added bonus. This allows users to pre-download content ahead of time before playing a video for a group of employees, taking a course by yourself, or getting on an airplane, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
