Setting up courses compared to other systems we have used in the past (I demo'd several before settling on this, and this was our 4th LMS system over the past decade) was SUPER easy! While our unique requirements did require some specific adjustments, they were very eager to assist and made the process pretty seamless. Additionally, they provided us with video calls where they would walk me through certain settings and setup to make sure everything met our specific needs. They don't have 24 hour customer support which does make it a little harder if there is a tech issue after hours or on a holiday (they observe American & Canadian holidays which can lead to 4 days of no service after a weekend), BUT if there is a major system shutdown they will still be responsive, and luckily, we really don't have any system issues. Before we started using Skyprep, our training material was everywhere. You name it: Google Drive, YouTube, 3 Ring Binders, random file cabinets, people's desks, you name a place and we had training material there. Now we have it all under one roof, Skyprep. No more searching high and low for that one piece of information we need to train a new hire or re-train someone who has forgotten. There's no dark mode, which is something while not necessary, would be incredibly helpful.

Very receptive to the user experience and product enhancements. From a user perspective, it has a clean and uncluttered UI and appearance, and for new learners it essentially requires no onboarding, it is that self-intuitive. Their knowledge base is great, and if I get stuck or forget how to do something, the customer reps are simply fantastic and always there to help and guide you. Initially, when we started out, there were some features that were not available that were important to us. We submitted these new feature requests, and in a short matter of time, they implemented these features. We are not a large customer/user, yet we had some unique requirements, so it was appreciated that they gave the same priority to us as other larger customers. What was a con is now a pro. I love how easy the platform is to use for both a user and admin. For the most part it's very intuitive, especially when having demo-ed other platforms. It's difficult for a user to locate the certificate for their Learning Path. Locating individual certificates is easy, but to locate the master certificate so to speak, it's not well placed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy platform to use for all members of our franchise community. Makes the training process easier for our franchisees and saves several hours in the initial on-boarding of staff members. I enjoy that there is regular support calls with a member of the SkyPrep team to update you on features you may not yet be using to make sure that you are utilising SkyPrep to it's full capacity.SkyPrep is relatively cheap, however the low cost of the platform doesn't decrease the quality of the product - great price for what you receive in an LMS. Some features that managers don't have access to that require additional work for admins. It would be helpful if managers were able to remove users, this requires the manager to contact the admin to disable or remove a user. The notifications could be improved so that staff members receive a notification when a course becomes available when they have waited the appropriate amount of time. Currently this is a manual process and requires the manager to keep track of when a course becomes available and could be automated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SkyPrep is extremely user-friendly. We have a very diverse workforce when it comes to age, and we've not had any issues with our employees navigating the system while completing any training. This is a huge bonus for us, as we moved our training to online and wanted everyone to be able to feel comfortable using the platform. We have also been able to streamline our training and development, and it has become very consistent across the board, especially for our new hires. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ILT function of the system does need some work, more specifically with the Microsoft Teams integration. Our company relies primarily on Teams for communication, and each time we try to hold a live training session, the connection between SkyPrep and Teams goes out. We are unsure if this is on SkyPrep's side or Microsoft's side, but something needs to be done to fix that integration. Fortunately, we can still rely on Zoom, but it does become a bit of a headache since we do rely more so on Teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Originally when I started using it, I didn't like how you had to jump to different pages to get your uploaded files and your course. But since the new update that extra step was eliminated and it flows more easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This could be a user error (my error) but when locating courses, I usually have to search within the list of courses. Not sure if its possible, but if there is a way to create a dashboard for the admin to se the courses they built, that would be phenomenal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
