**What do you like best about SkyLync?**

Lync is a user friendly communication tool that is both screen -accessible and easy to use within our work environment. 

**What do you dislike about SkyLync?**

this application allows for individual photo Identification uploading, however, it does not accept all file types in order too do this.  

**What problems is SkyLync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

easy and at your finger tip communication between employees in a large setting
Instant messaging tool that user friendly in a hospital environment

**What do you like best about SkyLync?**

The combination IM and video capability in one

**What do you dislike about SkyLync?**

Occasionally there have been connection hiccups at startup, but hey have been concurrent with system issues, so I can't say that's specifically a program issue.  

**What problems is SkyLync solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have offices across the country - this allows for both quick interoffice/ interdepartmental questions and more in-depth video conferences.
