It is super easy to use/user friendly. It is Quickbooks Enterprise compatible/integrated which is a must for us. It was easy to change to them. If I ever had a question or needed help they are a phone call or email away. We've had them since 2021 and the money we've saved along with the no fuss to use them has been tremendous!Even when my computer went down and had to be replaced they helped me get back up and running same day which is a must for small businesses!! Implememtation was almost seamless, as an older small business owner, fear of a system change is real! This was just about painless.

I like how the payment system creates a user portal for my clients to review transactions and make payments. I have clients with both multiple unique and recurring invoices and they can look at their payment history with just a few clicks. They essentially see what I see on my side with QBO.

They remedied my minor problem with invoice numbers on reccuring transactions being out of sequence in about 5 minutes- their back end solutions are quick a almost seamless.
