Let me share that I used Skylead for about a year last year...and I recently attempted to use again. I completely understand the learning curve when using new software, and the hiccups that online software companies experience. However, some of the issues are a major waste of time and very frustrating.

- Using SalesNavigator links to import leads is rather tricky. You have to save from the search results...not "saved search" or "saved leads" results. This is not clear when you setup a campaign.

- When you setup a sequence, best to save the entire sequence as a "Template" and not just save. The system will save your work as a Draft, but be VERY careful when you click to start the sequence. My last two campaigns that I spent days and hours on fine tuning got completely wiped out...gone! This was a problem I experienced several times when I first used Skylead. Fortunately, I saved my sequences as templates for future campaigns. I asked Skylead several times for an explination and they never addressed.

- The current issue I have...is again, something I experienced last year when I used Skylead....and apparently they have not figured this one out either. I setup two campaigns that started running yesterday morining for email and LinkedIn outreach. Everything was fine. In fact, I received a nice lead by late yesterday afternoon. This morning I cheked on things and the dashboard is requesting a LinkedIn Pin, so LinkedIn outreach has stopped. After spending the last hour in a chat with a representative restarting, reloading..etc, he has to esculate the issue as he's not able to correct the problem. Now, I'm dead in the water with nothing going out. And, I'd be surprised if I get this corrected before the end of the day or anytime soon.

Again, as a recruiter I use several online tools. I understand that it does take some time to get things up and running. However, this is my second time with Skylead and I'll be moving away for good. Simply don't have time to be best friends with the tech support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Skylead is its comprehensive approach to streamlining outreach efforts. It combines LinkedIn automation with email campaigns seamlessly, allowing users to engage with prospects across multiple channels effortlessly.
