Skyjed has helped in tracking the various tasks that are given to the different resources which have helped in task completion on a timely basis. Also, a similar product can be compared with this tool which helps to identify the turnaround time for task completion and resource management. I like that since this software is more web based and cloud based, it's pretty accessible within my secure work network and work laptop is able to access it pretty much on the go.
