He’s hands-on and highly responsive, quickly digging into issues such as FAST timeouts, brand-mismatch errors, and email-formatting bugs, then rolling out fixes or temporary mitigations. For example, he gave reps a way to review FAST output before sending while longer-term solutions were still in progress. He’s also proactive in how he communicates, keeping the cross-functional team aligned on root causes and next steps. Skydog built our custom Agentforce BDR agent in Salesforce, integrating it with our internal FAST data platform to generate personalized outbound prospecting emails at scale. This automated a workflow that previously required our sales reps to do manual research and draft emails themselves, freeing them up to focus on live conversations rather than prospecting busywork. They save my team time and do things that are a lot more complex than we are able to manage ourselves. The automation services have been the most valuable. I like their creativity in problem-solving and their responsiveness to questions throughout the day. Their friendliness, troubleshooting capabilities, and deep knowledge of Salesforce's capabilities and quirks are impressive. They have a lot of insight on how to gather the most accurate data from various sources and use AI to give you what you need based on the type of prospect you are looking for and the type of outreach you are looking to do. Skydog is helping us to clean up our contacts in Salesforce, better manage how we interact with the contacts on an account, send out our newsletter and use email sequencing to reach out to prospects. Contact cleanup can be a very tedious process and researching the most efficient way to do so is very time consuming. Similarly, helping to improve the flow in Salesforce and researching email tools that work within our ecosystem have been things we just haven't had the time to focus on due to competing priorities within the organization. Skydog has done the legwork to get us up and running and worked with us to implement processes to keep our contacts clean going forward. Our sales team now has better data and more efficient ways to reach out to prospects. I've thrown quite a few things at the Skydog team and they have always been able to come back a measured take on whether something is feasible or not. Even when a request may not be feasible in it's requested form they bring alternatives/suggestions on what action could be taken in it's place. I’m not a huge fan of the word “dislike,” because I wouldn’t say there’s anything in particular that really fits that category for me. If I had one piece of feedback, it would be that in some situations there can be an eagerness to push forward with newer, less tried-and-tested solutions instead of options that have a longer track record. This isn’t meant as a slight against keeping up with current technology, I believe that’s critical(and ignoring potential new opportunities has it's own risks), but rather reflects my view that, when building out new support organizations, there’s something to be said for not putting all your eggs into bleeding edge solutions.
