What do you like best about Skydog Ops?

Skydog is unbelievably responsive, and my specific department has two team members from Skydog that we interact with directly via Slack. Any questions or requests are acknowledged very quickly, and the team keeps us informed regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside is that they aren't permanent team members! We rely heavily on them still in the first few months post-migration, so we are quite spoiled with how responsive and action-oriented they are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've worked closely with Skydog for a couple of years. In particular, I've had a lot of interaction with Cory and Maggie. Although they aren't technically employees of our company, they are absolutely members of our team. Their responsiveness is next level and they are very good at getting what you need. They move incredibly quickly and turn around projects and updates at lightning speed. As we have finalized the initial build of the tool they helped me with, any tweaks or changes since then have been completed in a day or two.
