Those features we wanted (order processing) are sound and just need care in setting up - this will yield significant efficiencies. Stock tracking in warehouses, 3PL and owned, is fine generally, but the Amazon FBA stock figures would be completely misleading and should not be used. **What do you dislike about Linnworks?** For an IT business, there appears to be scant regard for cyber security, certainly no MFA/2FA log-ins or acceptance that data like bank details should not be communicated through e-mails where it is wide open to fraudsters **What problems is Linnworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Order processing from Market Places to 3PLs, and tracking data in reverse. Linnworks has a wide range of features from omni-channel both in sales and shipping integrations, good inventory management and covers every area of our 3PL business. There is not an order transaction that doesn't go through Linnworks. Reliability is excellent and the Client Success program has helped move us further forward in the transition from desktop to .net. **What do you dislike about Linnworks?** As with all systems, there are some features/functionality that could be improved. As a 3PL, our use is slightly different to that of a business operating the sales through to shipping for their own. Therefore we provide Linnworks with slightly different challenges to overcome! One area that we have had to develop is a client facing reporting system which successfully uses the Linnworks API to filter data appropriately. **What problems is Linnworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're currently transitioning from desktop version to .net and this has brought some challenges to overcome partly from an internal process-change and also some technical development needed from Linnworks. They also offer multiple different ways of creating effecient processes for order processing, inventory counting, reporting and listing so you can find the most suitable way for your team to work. There are also so many different integrations available on the platform so it easy for us to manage all channels and couriers in one place. **What do you dislike about Linnworks?** Sometimes we have queries and requests for reports or features that are not currently available - when contacting Linnworks about these there is almost always a way to custom develop or request your features to be integrated. **What problems is Linnworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have significantly streamlined our order processing and inventory management since using Linnworks. Our customer service team have so much more time to connect with our customers as a lot of our order processing can now be done in a matter of button clicks. SkuVault is able to sync to a bunch of different applications that we use, including Shopify to make sure our website inventory is always up to date. It links to our shopify plus account and our shipping system. Easy integration and great customer support. Customer support is probably the thing we like best. Warehouse management is awesome as well (barcode scanning). **What do you dislike about Linnworks?** Some things were not explained enough and we had some issues with missing numbers or pending numbers that would not resolve without a little leg work on our end. Nothing customer support wasn't able to help us fix, but I wish there was easier ways for us to resolve without having to contact them. **Recommendations to others considering Linnworks:** Please give it a go. I highly recommend this is you need inventory management. We used to use a third party logistics company/shipper and they were the worst for our company. Doing our own inventory is much better for us. Sku vault integrates with shopify very easily. He had some issues with our wholesale end on quick books, but support helped us figure it out in time. Looking at this specifically from an ecommerce manager's standpoint, I'd like to be able to add my new products and inventory at the same time, but from a warehouse perspective the way it's currently set up likely makes more sense. **Recommendations to others considering Linnworks:** I was first implemented SkuVault at my last job when we were searching for warehouse management software with barcode to help organize our warehouse, which was a massive mess to say the least. Then multichannel ecommerce channels became huge, and wow, I'm really happy to have already had SkuVault in place because it honestly makes my job incredibly easy, and eases my mind because overselling just doesn't happen with SkuVault. **What problems is Linnworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm currently using SkuVault to tie all of my ecommerce inventories together - that being Shopify, Amazon, and Ebay. I sell a product on Ebay it pulls from SkuVault's inventory, and SkuVault communicates the new inventory to all three of my selling channel. SkuVault makes bulk discounts on products easy because I can just create a kit. Inventory buffers as well - I have products that I literally never sell out of, and Sku Vault helps me push constant low quantities to my selling channels so that, on Ebay for example, I'm not pushing my selling limits over the edge. ### 50. Label each location, label each item, and let skuvault keep track of what items are placed in or removed from any given location. It is a lifesaver with an inventory of thousands of items, many of which are 1-of items so it is very important to know where that items is when a sale is made. **What do you dislike about Linnworks?** There are some fields the program forces you to fill in which in our situation are unnecessary. We have to spend time selecting meaningless options for these fields just to be able to proceed. I also dislike the cost. I use skuvault at work but also have a small business on the side, and would love to use this for my small business but at my scale the cost is prohibitive. **What problems is Linnworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use SkuVault daily at work to keep track of where things are in a huge warehouse. It is great to be able to locate items and even to backtrack the item's previous locations and see the dates it was added or removed.
