Just Ugly Moneybooker Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Skrill? On December 12th I ordered a transaction from my Skrill account to a bank account. Skrill is a service that acts as an intermediary for the transfer of money from a client, trading, playground - to your bank account. So, December 18th - I received a notification from Skrill that my money was not transferred to my account. They are not clear where, I do not have access to them, and Skrill demands that I provide a copy of my passport, a bank statement for 3 months with the entire turnover of the account, take a selfie with my passport ... I look like a clown ?! I am not a small child to pose for the camera of my smartphone with a passport in hand. Why on earth should Skrill get my bank statement? Is Skrill a tax inspector or has he received a court order to make such demands? I don't know where the Skrill guys will send all this information - for themselves for market research or sell it to other companies. In any case - my money is not credited to my account, Skrill defaulted, thus - I have the right to believe that my money has been STEALED by the Skrill company. Skrill is an online payment platform. It allows me to transact and transfer money to 201 countries across the world. Since 2016 I have enjoyed fast, simple, and cheap money transfer across the globe. Why I Like Skrill Ease of getting Skrill account: Opening an account is easy. I only need to fill in personal details and upload a national identity card. Ease of money transfer: I can send money internationally via my debit card, credit card. The person receiving money can also choose to get it direct to their bank account, on Skrill wallet, or even in their mobile wallet depending on the country's options. Fees: Skrill offers very competitive exchange rates and fees. It only costs 1.45% of the amount transferred. I can't compare them with other money transfer platforms. Credibility and Security: I am not afraid when using my details on Skrill. The platform is secure and protects its users' data. Buy and Sell CryptoCurrency: With my Skrill wallet, I can safely buy and sell any reputable cryptocurrency.
