High-security requirements when logging in, hence no one can easily log into my account. **What do you dislike about Skrill?** The Skrill MasterCard does not seem available to me as they don't seem to have my country supported for it. The ID VERIFICATION process is literally PROHIBITIVE. I submitted my bank statement as proof of my address through their automatic system, but it was rejected, though I followed all requirements. I sent the same statement through their support email address, but they responded that they cannot process any document sent by email unless through their auto system. What sort of people in business can make life this difficult for a customer? What's wrong with a genuine document sent through your official business email? I want to be verified so I can do large-scale transactions from my affiliate programs - isn't this what Skrill needs? Well, their attitude caused me to halt all my cash processing plans with Skrill. except for for once-in-a-while small transactions of no more than $25. I smell a high risk in keeping the push for verification. **What problems is Skrill solving and how is that benefiting you?** I joined Skrill to send and receive money in any amounts since I was anticipating a surge in my affiliate earnings and expenses. But with my account not yet verified, my transaction volumes are limited. Hence, I have not solved my problem and have realized very few benefits. Another advantage or positive point for this platform is that to buy cryptocurrencies the acquisition is much easier.
