Skoop is performance management software that simplifies employee reviews, goal tracking, and feedback. The platform centralizes performance activities into one interface, replacing spreadsheets and outdated systems. Managers can conduct reviews, track objectives, and facilitate one-on-one conversations. Built-in pulse surveys measure engagement and gather team sentiment, while automatic reminders and tracking keep goals and actions organized. The inbedded AI layer helps reduce time spent on administrative tasks. Leadership gains insights into workforce strengths and risks through automated summaries of review data. The system is GDPR-compliant and encrypts data stored in the EU. Skoop deploys quickly without any implementation or setup cost and scales with organizational growth.
