I built and managed several pool service companies. I loved the work, but I dreaded opening a message from someone angry over nothing. Usually it was a customer having a bad day, taking it out on the pool guy. I built this so that emotionally charged messages would never land on me first, stripping the message of bad vibes while keeping all the important info for my team and I.
