I had to go through 100s of resumes only to find one or two qualified candidates according to the job requirements. That's when the hidden costs of reviewing CVs hits hard. The worst part? I probably was missing great talent. There just wasn’t enough time to go beyond surface-level screening. And that meant slower hiring, delayed decisions, and, let’s be honest, a lot of unnecessary frustration. With the help of Skima ai, instead of spending hours reviewing CVs, I get an AI Matching Score that instantly highlights the best matches. So I don't have to worry about sifting through piles of resumes and make more efficient decisions faster.
