Skillvee is a 60-minute "day at work" simulation that replaces the phone screen and first-round interview for any role that works on a computer. Candidates solve a real, scoped challenge, talk to AI coworkers to get the information they need, and defend their decisions on a call, with the session screen-recorded. Hiring teams get a scored report on how the candidate worked: how they communicated, used AI, broke the problem down, collaborated, and managed their time, alongside the quality of what they produced. The recording is attached to the evidence the team reviews, so a recruiter can see how someone works before anyone spends an interview hour. AI use is allowed and measured rather than policed. Candidates can use ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot the way they would on the job, and Skillvee scores how well they use it, so the assessment holds up as models improve. One simulation format covers the whole req list: sales, customer success, product, program management, data and engineering. A recruiter describes the role, Skillvee generates the scenario, the AI coworkers and the rubric, and candidates take it on their own time in English or Spanish.
