Too much dispersion of information: needs, registrations, and training follow-ups were scattered in files or emails → with Skillup everything is centralized, making it easier to manage. Administrative time loss: managing requests manually takes time → the tool automates and streamlines, I gain in efficiency. Lack of visibility: difficult to know the status of each training, who has followed what, which requests are in progress → Skillup provides a clear and updated view.
