Skilltree is the only skill and talent management software designed for employees. The tool supports companies in recording, managing and promoting all skills and competence resources. Skills are depicted in a tree like structure, hence the name Skilltree. Through the playful character and the self-administration of the employee profiles, employees are involved and engaged in their personnel development. Skilltree covers the personnel development from onboarding to off-boarding and can help for instance with target/actual analyses, succession planning or further development planning.
