Skilltage is an AI-assisted recruitment platform for small and mid-sized European companies that helps hiring teams make sense of increasingly polished, similar-looking CVs. It turns job requirements and candidate CVs into structured, candidate-specific evidence, highlighting relevant experience, strengths, gaps, and uncertainty, while Skilltage Unscripted adds asynchronous video responses so candidates can provide context in their own words. The platform supports the recruitment workflow from role definition and candidate intake through review and communication, while keeping hiring decisions entirely with people rather than automated scores or rejection rules.
