I really appreciate the Skillsoft Percipio Platform for its benchmarking feature, which helps people understand their current level and recommends the content that suits them best. This aspect allows individuals to see their growth and development progress. I love that it offers certifications within the platform, providing a seamless way to prepare for various certifications. The availability of audiobooks and book summaries makes it stand out from other offerings, allowing for offline access and convenience while traveling. The conversation simulator, or KC, is a really nice coaching device that adds value because it’s not something many other learning partners provide. Furthermore, the AI translation is super helpful for our global business, promoting inclusivity and democratizing learning, especially in regions where English isn't the main language. Change all the time, no idea who we are supposed to contact or be aware of changes, contract etc. Support team are helpful on technical side of things but we face challenges and have no point of contact. Overall the content library on Percipio is robust and the ability to benchmark skill sets make it nice to track how someone is progressing in their development.
