The modules are broken down so that you can pause when needed and very easy to follow. I can break up my training over some days or hours in the day and pick up where I left off. I can improve my score on an assessment too. I love the variety of topics offered. I like the way that you can get an explanation on the incorrect responses, and then have an opportunity to repeat that assessment for a better score. It is a highly recommended software. What do you dislike about Skillsoft Percipio Platform? The customer service ROI module was very boring and not too engaging like the other modules. I did not click on more than one segment of that topic. The menu can be hard to navigate at first, so you have to learn to "dig" for the topic that you want. We don't have to find outside software online just to learn certain skills (ex. Excel). Very convenient.
