The cloud-based platform provides portable skills passports for employees to track and share their skills. The all-in-one SkillsBoard platform offers modules for online learning, learning management, feedback and assessments, skills management, talent management, and HR analytics. With the SkillsBoard Skills Passport employees gain a portable, digital record of their skills and qualifications. Employees are able to share their personal Skills Passport within the company, as well as publicly when required, and the passport contains data on certificates obtained, skills developed, feedback received, and more. SkillsBoard also uses artificial intelligence (AI) to provide smart skills detection as well as personalized career, learning, and development recommendations to employees. The SkillsBoard Learning Centre allows businesses to manage and distribute online learning courses and resources. Each learning and assessment activity is natively integrated with employees skills passports allowing for continuous skills and achievements feedback and personalized learning recommendations. Learning content can be imported from existing tools or created directly within the SkillsBoard LMS platform.
