It can be used as a first level recruitment process just o filter candidates before inviting them for an interview but also can be used for more deep evaluation. It is very easy to learn and use as an Administrator but mostly it provides a seamless and professional-looking experience to candidates. In addition customer support is eager to help and are very friendly and professional. Definitely recooment DevsKiller **What problems is SkillPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a fast growing company. Devskiller helped us utilize completly the recruitment process. The tests include real coding projects with different degrees of difficulty for different type of positions. This makes technical screening easy when recruiting since one can choose a suitable test for the applicable programming language and libraries and send invites to the candidates with the click of a button. **What do you dislike about SkillPanel?** Need to purchase premium for full access to the complete test library **Recommendations to others considering SkillPanel:** I was choosing between DevSkiller and Codility and decided on DevSkiller because I felt that it had better test library and was easier to get started with **What problems is SkillPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use DevSkiller as a help with technical screening when recruiting developers ### 3. It's more realistic than trying to write code in a web browser. **What do you dislike about SkillPanel?** We typically work with HR when inviting candidates and the notifications are typically sent to the person that did the invite. It would be helpful to be able to subscribe to the tests I'm interested in so I'm notified when they are complete, even if I didn't invite the candidate. **What problems is SkillPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're using Devskiller to screen developers that are applying for a position in our company. By first having them take the Devskiller tests, we only spend our time talking to candidates that have the skills we are looking for. ### 9.
