What do you like best about Skillnet?

This program allowed the company to go live in a matter of a few weeks. We were able to crowd source some of the funding needed to get the company off of the ground because of this program. It was so each to use on the mobile device for all of the employees of the company. We were all on the same page when in came to going live with the new program. There were only a few questions from the users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Skillnet?

THe thing that was least helpful was we needed more support than most companies because this is a start up non profit business. The people from the company were not always aware of our needs for the company. The online training was helpful but there were limited people to provide one on one support. What problems is Skillnet solving and how is that benefiting you?

This useful software has helped our business to align to all have the same performance expectations for each of the employees and the results provide the employers with effective feedback needed to complete the changes that needed to be made in our company. The company benefits were that each person was more aware of what their job was and how each person contributes to the company. When the employees are aware of their job descriptions and work needed to complete they are more productive/ This program stream lined the process and we hope to use it again in the future. Employees need to improve or develop new skills – For instance, the IT industry is ever-changing, and it’s not rare for a new programming language to become prevalent.
