I like that SkillNet provides evaluations on candidates skillsets. This is a valuable tool to vet people out and provide information to employers looking to hire. We have had situations where we needed to pull information and the platform was lagging behind and or very slow. Some of the reports also had glitches in the system. SkillNet gives a snapshot picture into the strengths and weaknesses of the candidates that go through our program so we are properly able to vet them and put them in front of employers. Employees need to improve or develop new skills – For instance, the IT industry is ever-changing, and it’s not rare for a new programming language to become prevalent. If your employees need to learn a new programming language, SkillNet lets you host the learning materials and streamline development plans to make the learning experience both time efficient, and easy.
