SkilldLabs is a nearshore recruiting and staff augmentation firm that connects U.S. tech companies and startups with senior software engineers, ML engineers, and full-stack developers from Latin America. Founded in 2023 and based in Boston, Massachusetts, we've built and placed engineering teams for companies across mobile, web, and API infrastructure — including React Native apps shipped to the iOS App Store on deadline, Ruby on Rails API integrations, and e-commerce platforms that drove measurable increases in traffic and sales. Our clients consistently highlight two things: the technical quality of our engineers and how well-supported they feel throughout the engagement. We stay timezone-compatible with North American teams, which means real collaboration — not async-only handoffs. We believe the best technical hires aren't found by filtering resumes — they're found by understanding what a team actually needs and matching on mindset, adaptability, and communication as much as skills.
