With Skillable labs, there is no setup required. The training center provides each student a code, and they access their labs online. Best of all, I can monitor them as they work, and I can even take control if I need to! **What do you dislike about Skillable?** Occasionally, some lab environments have had flaws, and they can get slow. Unfortunately, there is very little that I, as an instructor, can do in those cases, and I have to ask my students to open a ticket with them and hope they get fixed. If severe enough, I can escalate an issue through my training center, and they can reach out to Skillable directly. I also do not like that the time limits are so harsh. Too many of my students have been near the last question when the environment timed out. **Recommendations to others considering Skillable:** If you are a trainer, then your training center will decide what labs platform to provide. However, the fact that Skillable gives MCTs free access is great! **What problems is Skillable solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing my students with a lab environment that they can use (and monitor as they do) is a huge benefit. As an independent trainer, I deal with multiple institutions and get multiple accounts. They don't do a good job consolidating my data and my many login accounts. **What problems is Skillable solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having the lab environment done in seconds is the biggest problem solved. The lab developer sessions are excellently set up, you will learn something new each session, plus walk away with some really useful scripts/information. They also have engineers and training team members backing up the presenter to assist with any issues or questions. **What do you dislike about Skillable?** Occasionally there is a feature that you will need Support to enable. Its not a big deal in the end, because the Support team is super responsive, but you go looking for a feature from one of their training videos and its not there! This is a pretty lovely application for the trainer plus the participants. **What problems is Skillable solving and how is that benefiting you?** i) I manage to practice labs before my session, and it boosts my confidence level during the delivery of the session. ii) It save a lot of my time while figuring out things for the participants when they are doing the labs. iii) I always learn new things while doing the labs. Also, go through the lab multiple times in order to fully understand the commands that are being asked to submit and how they work. THe virtual labs are quite easy to use and they take very little tiome to load on a plethora of devices! **What problems is Skillable solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm currently enrolled in the MSSA Cloud and Server Administration course and found that the log in for the material was not quite right. I have had to save a link that was sent to me by the tech support folks to access the site with my username and password. Not a huge deal though. It could be my browswer setttings or my system security settings that are causeing the issue. Tech support was quite helpful and very customer friendly!
