Skhedio is a smart booking and appointment management platform for service businesses, including salons, barbers, spas, clinics, personal trainers, tutors and home services. What sets it apart is the AI Booking Assistant, an optional add-on. It sits on the business's own booking page and answers customer questions day and night using the business's real services, staff, promotions and availability. When the customer is ready, it takes them into the booking flow with the service, staff member, date and time already filled in. Owners set its tone, welcome message and instructions, and can test it before customers see it. Skhedio is also highly customisable. Businesses reorder, rename or switch off booking steps, set their own booking rules and cancellation terms, and control what each staff member can see and do, from their own schedule and services to access to the team calendar, clients and reports. The booking page, cover page and website widget can all be styled to match the brand. Beyond that, Skhedio covers the parts of running appointments that cost businesses money: - Online payments at the time of booking, powered by Stripe, with refunds from the dashboard. - Late-cancellation protection: set a cancellation window and keep part of the payment when a customer cancels inside it. - Digital waivers and pre-booking questions, with a record of when each customer viewed and accepted the waiver. - QR code check-in for arriving customers. - Online services with Google Meet or Zoom links sent on confirmation. - A staff portal where each team member signs in with their own account. - Automatic review requests after completed appointments. - An embeddable booking widget for the business's existing website. - Multiple locations, staff schedules and reporting in one dashboard. Customers get a free account with their bookings in one place and a personal calendar that warns them when a new booking clashes with their own plans. Skhedio has a free plan that does not expire and a Pro plan for growing teams. It does not take a commission on bookings.
