The optimisation takes all the 'human' effort out of trying to schedule jobs and the reosurces required to undertake those activities. It wasn't an exact fit for what we do so some of the processes don't function in the most ideal way. In some cases these could be tweaked but at a higher cost, in other cases they cannot. Time is counted in consecutive hours if a job is spans multiple days, unless you break the job down into smaller reoccurring jobs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
