The use of the map falls short of expectations and often involves what seems to be a lot of shuffling between menus, harming scheduling efficiency. The design that works by timezone is not great where we have techs that are not bound by timezone but live close to a timezone boundary. Lacks ability to see what is already scheduled and do "what if" scenario, e.g. what if another order came up, where is it in relation to other orders / scheduled routes to help drop in late additions to the schedule. Skedulo has streamed our scheduling process with our nurses. It gives us the ability to easily curate a list of eligible Nurses, allowing us to match the right Nurse to the right Client at the right time. Nurses are fully educated on a client via the app so they can feel informed as they engage with a patient for the first time. Like any 3rd party application, you wish all of the features perfectly align with your specific business needs. Some wishlist items would be: A more robust Tag system, allowing for "negative" based searches; Ex: Show me Nurses who DO NOT have XYZ Tag More customization centered around the Job Offer text and push notification messages. More wiggle room to display more information within the Job Offer as the Job Description is sometimes not enough to describe the type of job required Issues with Text messages not sending to all Nurses selected; per support, there appears to be a limit on the number of text notifications that can go out at once when sending Job Offers (100 I believe); our work around is to ensure we are only sending Job Offers to 20-50 Resources at any given time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. We do not use the dispatch functionality as it doesn't align with our business process, and we don't want to expose our client's information prematurely. The Job Offer feature provides a shielded view of the Job. We also need that level of control as NurseRegistry, in conjunction with the Client, ultimately selects the most appropriate Nurse who claims/shows interest in the job. Being a salesforce-based platform, you can leverage the power of Salesforce for your operation. The app is simple, clean, and user-friendly. They do listen to user feedback, and whilst they can't always act upon it, there are genuine attempts to understand where the customer's feedback is stemming from. There are some advanced features, but then it's missing some basic requirements such as being able to accurately calculate an employee's working hours in a roster period ( including any paid leave and not including breaks). Also missing is the ability to set up an alert monitor to flag basic roster rules such as overlapping shifts, dual allocations, and nonqualified staff on a job. They allow integrations with an award interpreter but then the results from the award interpreter aren't accessible inside Salesforce. This means we are still handling compliance functions from an Excel doc vs using the rostering system for live information. It would be great if they mastered the rostering requirements, meeting the basic requirements that any organization would need vs trying to customize their package to meet all the nuances each sector has.
