I like the interface for the Administrator console as well as the Map for the users to book desks. Eas of intergration with our SSO was also a success out of the box. This is a feature that the SKEDDA team will be working on. However, this would be a great feature and cut down on Admin time to remove users from both AD and then SKEDDA console. Skedda has made our lives so much easier when it comes to booking our shared spaces in our large office. We have to companies operating under our brokerage, so being able to use this application as a middle man for the two is a serious game changer! On top of being a simple to use and effiecent product, the team behind Skedda also provides amazing round the clock service! We could not recommend Skedda enough. The ease of the application is so easy to use i would recommend this application to anyone looking for a desk booking or should i say space booking platform. The implementation is easy to carry out and straight forward with the correct planning for the space booking rules. The customer from Aoife in the sales team and the support in the implementation from Justin has been tier one level. The features built into the application are great and make setting the application up so easy. We use this on a daily basis in 2 of our main office location now and will be looking at implementing this across the other office when we are ready to add them. the staff use the application daily and comment how easy it is to book and cancel spaces. I have recently implemeted the O365 intigration and as long as you have an understanding of Azure AD and the correct permission the tools within the application make it so easy for the intigration. At our new location in Manchester City Centre the management team wanted to move to a hotdesk environment and in doing so we stumbled across Skedda. After doing our DD around the application we decided to go with the application. Now staff can pick the space they want to book and everybody can see who is sat where and when their co-workers are on site. We implemented this tool in all our premises to book workstations in our open spaces. This helps our coworkers organize their workdays by checking if there's still a spot available for them, and whether it's worth moving to the office or continuing from home, thereby increasing productivity and reducing time spent in traffic. What do you dislike about Skedda? It would be beneficial if Skedda could allow for more than one owner per premises. This feature could help prevent problems in case of absence. As we work with a hybrid, agile office model we need to identify our First aiders and fire wardens on the floor plan daily, there is no way to currently do this to easily idenify where these people are sitting . It's fairly simple and intuitive to set up. It's a reasonably priced platform with the right core functions for us to manage our small coworking office between 2-3 companies who share conferences rooms and common areas. Customer support was also prompt and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Skedda? I'd prefer it had SCIM provisioning and SAML SSO for more than one domain. It would also be amazing if it could integrate with more than one domain's Google Calender. I also wish it had a dedicated app for iOS scheduling displays instead of a web app setup.
