Skedda has completely transformed the way we manage meeting space reservations and team bookings. The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy for everyone to use — even for less tech-savvy team members. I especially love the customizable booking rules and automated approvals, which save us hours each week. The two-way google calendar integration has made it so efficient for all of our staff to reserve rooms while avoiding any double-booking.. It’s made coordination across our office incredibly smooth. Before using it, booking rooms involved back-and-forth emails, calendar confusion, and overlapping reservations. Now, the process is seamless and transparent. Everyone can easily see availability and book instantly, which has eliminated scheduling conflicts and saved our team a ton of time. Responsiveness of the support team and the ease/speed of delivery of changes. As we've introduced Skedda we've received feedback from each of the offices where we've rolled it out. We've been frequently able to introduce changes within minutes or at worst within 24 hours helping to get buy in across the business. What do you dislike about Skedda? Almost all of the required features exist within Skedda but it would be useful to set defaults or allow users to customise these. For example whenever I open Skedda it starts with the first map from the list but I almost always want to book for the London office. It would be good to set that as my starting office. What I like best about Skedda is how simple and intuitive it is to use—for both our team and the people booking spaces. The visual calendar layout makes it easy to see availability at a glance, and the customization options allow us to set rules and preferences that fit our exact needs. Plus, having automated confirmations and reminders has saved us tons of time and reduced confusion. It really feels like Skedda was built with the user in mind! Honestly, there’s not much to dislike, but if I had to choose something, I’d say that some of the more advanced features could be a bit easier to find or set up at first. It took a little time to understand all the settings and how they worked together. But once we got the hang of it, it’s been smooth sailing. Skedda is solving our biggest problem: keeping track of who’s using which space and when—without the chaos. Before, we were juggling emails, spreadsheets, and last-minute changes, which led to confusion and double bookings. Now, everything is in one centralized platform with clear availability, automated rules, and user-friendly booking options. It’s benefited us by saving a ton of time, reducing miscommunication, and making the entire booking process more transparent and professional for both our team and the public. Skedda is helping us to solve our room booking as we have a team of therapist who needs to book rooms when they have a session with their clients and most times the rooms are unavailable because someone else may be inside.
