Skedda works in the background of our Office and does not require much input from us since setting it up to suit our needs. Not much - there were a couple of things during the set up process that Skedda were unable to provide at the time we switched to them but after a few weeks one of these features was implemented and the other is currently being worked on. I first came across Skedda almost 2 years ago, looking for a solution for space booking in an unconventional environment. At the time, it wasn't quite ready, but now it is. The customer service is exemplary, the time, training and patience given to me to work through how we could apply Skedda in our workspace was great. The interface and implementation are easy. Training videos and response times are excellent. Internal feedback has been great on how clear and easy it is to use Skedda. The bespoke nature of it and ease of making changes and applying many different conditions and rules was a huge selling point to me, as were the Skedda team. I personally dealt with Aoife and Justin, who have given great guidance, it is clear they know the product well and are always up for working through solutions. We needed a solution to be implemented quickly and Skedda was fantastic. From demo to launch day was less than 6 weeks. Our users are thrilled at how easy it is to use and also how visually pleasing it is. The fact that we can see our colleagues reservations in real time helps to plan our collaborative work time. The ease of integration within our company and the actual initial setup was a breeze and made even easier by the onboarding team. They even provided customised videos using our floor plans to make instructions for our company for launch. As an administrator, I ma very pleased with the flexibility it offers to create custom rules for the locations. We would love for Skedda to be available in more languages. Also for reservations of meeting rooms, we cannot add personalized messages or add attachements like we could do in Outlook. We are a remote work company that wanted to have office space for collaborative in person work. We have 300 employees that need to share about 60 desks. I like how the cost is based on the number of resources versus total users. Implementing Skedda was quick/easy. Customer support is also very quick to respond. The two way outlook integration for conference rooms does not work perfectly (for us) yet, so we still rely on outlook for conference room booking at the moment. The Skedda cusotmer team are incredible. There is a huge amount of support and support resources that are avaliable for those oboarding Skedda. What problems is Skedda solving and how is that benefiting you? Able to correct a cloud based system for room booking systems of hundreds of Hato Hone St John rooms nationwide in New Zealand. We have also started to use this for resource management for the likes of CPR manniquin bookings and car park allocation. Skedda also allows the organisation the ability to see data revolving room usage and capacity, which can be used to shape our community engagement and resource allocation. Always taking quick action, which I appreciate. Todd has been my direct contact and have nothing but good things to say. They offer training videos as well so its been great.
