**What do you like best about SKED?**

Fast, reliable and bulk texting, patient love the ability to receive and send text backs

**What do you dislike about SKED?**

Maintenance updates, soletimes patients don't receive the text

**What do you like best about SKED?**

Ability to talk to patients in real time without having to be on the phone.  Great integration with Genesis.

**What do you dislike about SKED?**

Campaigns can be difficult to get started.

**What problems is SKED solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to seamlessly talk to our chiropractic patients. Allows for  constant communication even when not in the office.
