Cold calling can be a very nerve wrecking part of your day as an SDR. Skaled helped make cold calling seem less daunting by teaching us how to make the cold calls warm. I am looking forward to cold calling prospects now, who would have thought! They changed my mind about emailing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you like best about Skaled? For me personally, I liked digging into social selling more. I learned a lot of useful tips and tricks. My second favorite part was digging into buyer personas and uncovering how certain titles are different than each other. Recommendations to others considering Skaled: I highly recommend bringing in Skaled to help increase the performance of any sales team. Whether it's a team of seasoned sales individuals (Account Executive or Sales Development Representatives) or a team that is fairly junior. What problems is Skaled solving and how is that benefiting you? The problems I'm solving are problems that stem from an outdated outreach approach. The world of a SDR is a lot different than it was 5 years ago and I learned what's currently working in that space. Learning to constantly adapt, try new things and stay organized with sales technology tools is the new way of doing this role. The sessions were very comprehensive and started from the beginning of the process to the close. They helped with how to brand ourselves as individual sales reps and how to pitch to clients. They also helped us uncover a lot of things that we were doing they hindered our success and how to adjust to increase our chances of talking to someone and closing the deal.
