This included intake of information from key members of the company the sales team would work for, the implementation of technology-primarily Salsforce.com and SalesLoft, and LinkedIn. Matt managed the project from the beginning with intake meetings, building sales process steps and plan, the sales playbook which includes a tremendous amount of information collected and assembled in the playbook. The time between meetings, some of the missed or rescheduled meetings slowed us down, but that goes both ways. They were great to work with and helped me accomplish in 2-months what would have taken 9-months on my own. Within 60-days, they were able to build out buyer personas, ideal customer profiles, ojbection handling documents, pitch decks, etc. This would not have been possible if they had not been brought in. Our current team operated on an adhoc basis, using a brochure from 2018 to sell our services. We are just starting to see the benefits, with our reps having new materials to rely on.
