In Sizmek, it is very easy to create the campaign and generate the tags to use them on different platforms. We use it to run the campaigns in using different publishers. In Sizmek assigning the channels are quite confusing and the assignment of creatives is also a little bit confusing. Overall the setup of the campaign is quite tricky. On some platforms some of the ad formats are not supported, so we can use sizmek to generate the tags and use them on the other platforms which give us great help. The responsiveness and helpfulness of customer support is always appreciated. Whenever I run into an issue they are always quick to respond and offer potential solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Sizmek Ad Server? We have had a lot of issues with conversion tracking. Its hard to tell if this is something with how Sizmek tags work, or if our client's websites are causing this, but it has been a point of frustration. It feels like we are always tag troubleshooting. If you are simply using it for click/impression tracking it's a great platform. If you are using to self-serve banner/video/audio ads, it's a great platform. We have no issues when running general awareness campaigns, however, when we get into more conversion-based campaigns we do tend to run into more frustrations.
