Whenever I run into an issue they are always quick to respond and offer potential solutions. **What do you dislike about Sizmek Ad Server?** We have had a lot of issues with conversion tracking. Its hard to tell if this is something with how Sizmek tags work, or if our client's websites are causing this, but it has been a point of frustration. It feels like we are always tag troubleshooting. **Recommendations to others considering Sizmek Ad Server:** As with anything I encourage you to think about the use-case for this software. If you are simply using it for click/impression tracking it's a great platform. If you are using to self-serve banner/video/audio ads, it's a great platform. We have no issues when running general awareness campaigns, however, when we get into more conversion-based campaigns we do tend to run into more frustrations. **What problems is Sizmek Ad Server solving and how is that benefiting you?** We enjoy using Sizmek as a 3p ad server to keep our DSP and publishers in check.
