Every day, your site loses time nobody writes down. A truck sits at the gate for ninety minutes. A trade waits half a morning for an area that was not ready. Both were obvious to somebody at the time. Neither one was recorded anywhere it could be found again, so by Friday afternoon the report gets built from phone calls and whatever people can still remember. That is not a failure of effort. It is what happens when the only place the detail ever lived was in somebody's head. SiteVector is a daily record for construction sites. There are four parts to it. Flow captures deliveries at the gate. The slot it was booked into, when it actually turned up, when unloading started, when it left and what was waiting on it. Commit captures the work planned for the day and whether it happened. When it did not, the reason gets picked from a list rather than typed as a sentence. That constraint is the whole point, because a sentence can be read while a reason on a list can be counted. Vector watches programme health area by area rather than across the whole job, which is usually where pressure shows up first. Vault holds the lot and builds the shift diary, the weekly reports and the full export. Nobody sits down to compile any of it. When the site closes, the day locks and seals. Changes are still allowed afterwards and every one carries who made it, when and why. So the record is not frozen. It just cannot be quietly rewritten. The judgement stays human throughout. SiteVector does not score anybody, decide who was at fault or guess what happened. It records what the people who were there put in. It runs in a browser. Nothing to install, nothing to integrate and a project is live in under five minutes. Hosted in Australia. Sixty days on a project you are already running, with no card.
