SiteScope Tech turns an iPhone or iPad Pro scan into a measured floor plan and estimating tool for contractors, interior designers, and architects. Walk a room and the 3D Scan creates a measured floor plan, a 3D model, and a photoreal walkthrough you can share by link. Every wall, opening, and ceiling height is captured, so there are fewer return trips and less re-measuring. From the same scan, price flooring, paint, wallcoverings, and tile room by room. SiteScope works out the quantities from the measured plan, including cartons, gallons, and wallpaper rolls with pattern repeat. Then you can send a branded quote PDF. Architects and designers can export IFC, DXF, and E57 files into Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, and ReCap without redrawing. Contractors can send a link so a homeowner scans the space for them, which saves a site visit. SiteScope Tech runs on iOS, Android, and the web, with a free plan to start.
