## Siteimprove Reviews
  ### 1. Helpful and easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt J. | Systems Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

The interface is straightforward and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

I can't think of anything that I actively dislike about the product.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My office primarily uses it to help us track broken links in our pages and PDFs. We also use it to help when we need to update terminology or references to outdated items on our pages. This has made it easy to make sure we are in compliance.

  ### 2. Siteimprove Review GAINES

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert G. | Digital Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

Provides plenty of insights sites across our entire organization and valuable information on how best to improve our web presence. Valuable tools provided as well.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

The software could be a little more intuitive and is missing some user information that could definitely be expanded upon.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Would be helpful to have more insights on how users perceive our website. Valuble benefits when it comes to analytics.

  ### 3. Site Improve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

I started using Site Improve because I was new to web design. It is an easy way to identify all website issues. It is easy to see the issue and then it gives direction on how to resolve the issue very quickly. I would highly recommend it for anyone new to web design or anyone starting a position using a new website. It also gives an alert when our website goes down and then a second alert when our website comes back up. I like the dashboard that divides the issues and gives us a score on how our website is doing.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

It is a little too expensive for a small independent school.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest problem solved was missing alt tags on pictures. Our second biggest problem was has broken links. Our third biggest problem was misspelled words.

  ### 4. Working with Siteimprove to improve accessibility, content and more

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adel E. | Digital Product Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

The automation offered by Siteimprove has massively improved the way we monitor and enhance our site content. Our operational performance has also benefited and we've been able to focus our resources on other tasks, as the automation offered has reduced the amount of manual interventon required by the team.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

We had some early teething issues with the integration; however, the support team dealt with our issues/queries and did a great job supporting and enabling us to get the most out of Siteimprove.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In particular, the Accessibility capabilities have allowed us to target and deliver a range of new improvements that we'd have struggled to tackle without Siteimprove.

We've also been able to make considerable improvements to content quality, SEO and performance, and have pinpointed a range of issues during our test & deployment stages, helping us to avoid introducing bugs to our live sites.

  ### 5. Siteimprove--> The name says it all

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

Where do I begin? Spelling errors? Broken links? Document data tracking? Deep Linking? Delegating to other team members? We could never find all the issues without Siteimprove. One of my favorite features is Policies. When someone retires, I can have it search through every page and locate every single one that needs to be replaced/removed.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

That it doesn't automatically update everything for me (lol, just kidding) and that it can't search Google Drive documents and Canvas lms.

**Recommendations to others considering Siteimprove:**

Have Siteimprove scan your site and then go over the results as the demo. That shows you how much information needs to be updated.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quality control over a large district website that has multiple pages and contributors. The general quality of the site is much improved. We would be lost without the ADA compliance piece. It was shocking to discover how many issues we had in the beginning.

  ### 6. Siteimprove - It covers what we need and more.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

One of the best features in Siteimprove is the ability to set up groups. A person can select a group and the results are tailored just for their needs. We have many sites, but certain individuals are only responsible for a handful of them. With groups, they only see what they need. The use of policies is beneficial for our digital governance. Their digital analytics is easy for our authors to use. We have always had a great turn around when sending questions to their support.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

The price starts getting high when you get into hundreds of thousands of pages for a large enterprise website. I wish it would work behind our firewall so we could use it for our intranet.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for finding broken links, better our accessibility, improve our SEO, and much more. From authors to programmers, this tool has shown us how our work has improved our site through their DCI (Digital Certainty Index). It has inspired great conversations between, users, authors, and programmers.

  ### 7. SiteImprove makes your website better

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

Siteimprove has various tools that can help to make your website better for you. 2 of the best ones are the accessibility review tool and the QA tool. Both of these work well to give you a quick way to check that your website is compliant, and doesn't have errors like misspellings, or broken links.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

I don't have that much that I dislike. Perhaps the tool could have a more robust dictionary, with notations that would allow us to see who made what correction and why? This allows us to maintain an audit trail of who approved what language, or change to a page.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

508 compliance is one of the biggest things I am solving with Siteimprove. Federal regulations make this imperative on websites. Having the checker built-in allows me to find errors, address, them, and correct them with good suggestions from Siteimprove. This has brought our website from a 50% rating for accessibility up to a 97-98% rating and ensured that the website is accessible to anyone and everyone.

  ### 8. Outstanding software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James J. | Chief Information Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

Siteimprove does more than what we ask for. We especially like Quality Assurance, Accessibility and Analytics functionalities.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

Siteimprove mines too many pages in a CMS. I am sure there's a solution which I haven't checked into or contact Siteimprove yet.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Analytics presents easy-to-understand data derived from a website's web traffic, much better than Google Analytics!
We love that Siteimprove constantly checks all links on all websites to ensure they all are working. I receive notification emails when broken links are detected. I fix them immediately. We haven't received a complaint from visitors about broken link for a long time.

  ### 9. Siteimprove is a huge asset to our web team.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew B. | Computer Support Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

Intuitive interface; regularly add new features or improve existing functions; ability to configure settings to meet our needs; tech support is very quick to respond and always helpful.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

The email reporting is not great, but I know they've made some changes and continue to enhance it.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team learned a lot about web accessibility from the Accessibility module - alerts us to issues and provides recommended solutions. It has improved our development team so we're more mindful of making content accessible during development instead of catching mistakes during the quality assurance review. Our websites are maintained by numerous contributors across campus, and the inventory module is a great place for our university web team to see the collective info.

  ### 10. Great Platform for Actionable Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua P. | Senior Web Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

SightImprove has helped us locate inconsistencies in language, wrong or broken links, duplicate information, and other content that needs addressing. It is a key toolset to improving our accessibility compliance as well.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

The dashboard menu on the left side of the web application is a bit overwhelming and takes time to get used to. A simpler approach may be better, such as accordions with expandable menu items underneath (rather than a slide-to-next-menu-screen).

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Addressing broken links. Ensuring accuracy of content. Fixing incorrect page titles. Removing Identifying accessibility issues. Fixing misspelling. Addressing brand language inconsistencies.

  ### 11. The BEST software I've used so far.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michele H. | AD Web, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

Their system outlines the issues with your site each week (or however frequently you set the system to run) and then outlines all the fixes. What could be more user-friendly and easier to use?

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

Nothing comes to mind that I completely dislike. However, the manual checks that are required are time-consuming and can take days to implement. So, be sure to alot a significant amount of time for fixes.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using the software to track accessibility and quality assurance. Our particular sites have markedly improved our accessibility, and overall awareness of the accessibility rules our university has implemented.

  ### 12. Better than Google Analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter S. | Front-end developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

The way that SiteImprove presents the data in a much more easily digestible way makes it so easy to find what I'm looking for.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

Wish SiteImprove had an easier way to add tracking events inside their platform.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving major quality assurance issues that we have had amongst other units/departments within our university. Site managers are better able to get on top of misspellings and broken links because of SiteImprove. We are also seeing added benefits using their SEO and Analytics tools as well.

  ### 13. Siteimprove is a Must-Have for Digital Marketers

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

I am pretty new to utilizing Siteimprove in my role as a digital marketer, but so far, it has been really helpful to see overall website rankings, visits, SEO optimization, and our competitors.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

At the moment, I do not have any dislikes about SiteImprove. I think the only downside so far is that it is a little confusing at first to navigate and to understand what you are looking at.

**Recommendations to others considering Siteimprove:**

I recommend watching a few videos online regarding how to navigate Siteimprove and what your main goals are when utilizing this software. Once you understand what you are looking for, the ease of using the website becomes a lot easier.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems I am solving with Siteimprove are understanding who are main competitors are and how to get our website to beat them. It's a great tool to see specific keywords and what are the top websites that people are going to when clicking on that keyword in Google.

  ### 14. A great all-round package for SEO and analytics teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** M H. | Content Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

Siteimprove is a very intuitive tool that is easy to understand and user-friendly. It's a great way of condensing all of your SEO and analytics requirements into one place to measure our website and content from both perspectives. It is well-organised and simple to get to grips with. The site makes suggestions on both technical and content SEO requirements and has a useful feature that recommends which work should be done first based on the complexity of the task in question and the predicted improvement to your site once finished. This makes organising workflows and prioritising tasks easy. The Siteimprove package is also supported by good customer service and a thorough Help Centre - if you need to know something, chances are there will be online tools to explain it.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

One challenge we have is that Siteimprove doesn't connect to our CMS. So whilst the Siteimprove software will flag up areas that need improvement or development, it is still a manual process to find those areas within our CMS system and correct them. As a large institution with a complex CMS covering multiple websites and thousands of pages, this can be time-consuming but it wouldn't put me off investing in a software tool such as Siteimprove in the first place. Also, keep an eye on your credit allowance - you can soon eat them up when running multiple activity plans at the same time!

**Recommendations to others considering Siteimprove:**

It's a great package for medium-sized businesses looking to improve their SEO and analytics. The easy-to-understand features, customer support and high level of online information mean you don't need to be an SEO expert to benefit from Siteimprove, although it offers capabilities for SEO specialists as well.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the Siteimprove package to inform our SEO project, ensuring we are following a data-led pathway that will result in genuine improvements to our website. The site is particularly useful at measuring our key content against our competitors and the dashboards allow us to share top-end information with colleagues and management quickly and easily without having to compile separate reports. This saves time and ensures that our reporting sticks to predefined areas of the business that we want to focus on. The keywords fuction also allows us to ensure our priority pages are optimised for the sort of content our audience is looking for.

  ### 15. A truly best of breed tool for website maintenance and governance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan G. | Digital Marketing Specialist (Contract), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

The simplicity of the platform, despite the complex functionality across the board. On an equal footing with the quality of service and support from the team.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

Nothing, or at least nothing that I've found to date!

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ongoing website hygiene/maintenance and, hopefully, an improved focus on accessibility and inclusivity. This is THE tool that truly allows smarter working.

  ### 16. Intuitive and oh-so useful!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

The absolute ease of use - the dashboards are so clear, the "ways to improve your score" are easily understandable and make it a breeze to fix issues.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

Nothing yet! If I had to pick something it would be the time it takes to crawl a site, but I understand why it takes the time it does.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We implemented Siteimprove with the launch of a new website and it's made it super easy to fix all the broken links that tend to come along for the ride. We've improved accessibility and SEO along the way, and the policies have been helpful for picking up issues that are individual to our site (for example, links to the staging site).

  ### 17. It works great, really helps improve score and is easy to use (user-friendly)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

How user-friendly Siteimprove is, I love how I can just log on anytime and update errors on my website. I love that is shows real examples and the html view makes it a lot easier to understand for coders like myself.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

I dont like that sometimes at least for me it will give me a broken link error for links that are working. I have noticed if you have complicated sharepoint urls or form urls sometimes siteimprove registers them as being broken when they are working

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving any ADA compliance issues that arise from the daily maintenance of a website. I also use it a lot to check for broken media links from pdfs and word docs.

  ### 18. Siteimprove to the Rescue!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2020

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

Siteimprove has made so many tasks that I was doing manually easier and faster. And SO much more From finding broken links and misspellings to helping our team improve accessibility and SEO - our website is such a good place thanks to Siteimprove!

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

That our company didn't start using Siteimprove sooner!

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to search for specific terms and code that need to be replaced. We can quickly address outdated content, broken links in PDF's, accessibility issues, broken PDFs and SEO optimizations. Basically, Siteimprove is a web content manager's dream come true!

  ### 19. This is an essential tool that I use to manage and maintain our website.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcos A. | Senior Web Designer and Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

The best thing about SiteImprove is the visual scanning of issues. It makes it easy to prioritize, fix, and track progress over time.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

Designates W3C best practice as issues affecting your overall score. I would separate best practice issues into a separate category.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving the overall user experience with SiteImprove. I have realized the chain effect that one issue can cause.

  ### 20. Longtime Siteimprove user

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hilton G. | Web Content Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

The product itself is excellent; they always make updates and listen to customer suggestions to improve.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

Not much. Pricing has increased a fair amount on things.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the quality assurance feature a lot to ensure there are no grammatical errors. I also really like their analytics tool, so much easier to understand than google.

  ### 21. Makes managing large sites manageable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

It finds an outstanding balance of tracking helpful information that you don't have to manually find on your site, combined with a streamlined UI that makes finding that information simple.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

Some of the items it tracks for accessibility are not easily dismissed as either not an issue or something that we internally have deemed not an issue, which lowers the tool's proprietary score.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our primary use of finding broken links and creating an overall better experience for our users has been great. It is also helpful in finding specific lines of code, language, or links that can be updated in bulk.

  ### 22. I love Siteimprove.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

Siteimprove is very easy to use. We have improved our site with Quality Assurance, Accessibility, and creating our own Policies.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

I haven't encountered anything that I dislike in this product.

**Recommendations to others considering Siteimprove:**

Try it. It is very useful.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simple things like broken links and spelling up to harder to find issues using Accessibility tools.

  ### 23. Siteimprove Review

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

Nothing to note on areas of improvement - we've been happy with the solution so far!

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been able to improve our web accessibility metrics. Siteimprove has helped us identify different areas of opportunity for growth.

It is user friendly. I am easily able to find and understand the analytics I'm looking for. I use Analytics and Quality Assurance mostly. It is easier to use than Google Analytics.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

That I cannot identify visitor information more specifically, but this is not Siteimprove's fault. It can sometimes be difficult to remember how to use all the features. Perhaps regular training sessions would be helpful.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to see which pages are most visited in order to improve others. I am able to provide clear analytics to my managers. This has increased business performance.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa H. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2020

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

I mainly like their system, it is very broad with great ideas and that it allows us to go from an ancient time to a time where most of the people are in the digital area. This system can be for any company since it adapts perfectly, however For me it has been an incredible system, a tool that offers innovative characteristics, becoming a main digital system for us, I love the functionality it offers us and how it has allowed us to advance to the digital age in a slow way but without any risk. for that reason that I like because it goes little by little, but achieving objectives.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

The system is a tool that works, however we would like it to go much further and that the tools can add more features such as a digital marketing or CRM system, something that further expands the digital part in this way traffic and customers are increased, although They are suggestions since the system works very well as I like this one and it seems to me a pleasant system to handle.

**Recommendations to others considering Siteimprove:**

In short, for those companies that are somewhat outdated or old, it can work perfectly since it is specifically coupled with that type of company and leads to advance to a digital area in a much more different way, in my opinion
I recommend because the service has worked.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use common systems such as magazines, newspapers, mail or systems in which we do not find the largest number of customers, obviously the digital system is now much more important, both social networks in digital marketing, the sales process online digitally and most of it digital, for this reason we say that a system will help us advance so much in marketing and others, it is for this reason Siteimprove was the most complete solution with tools that we can implement in our Company because now it offers us help to increase our traffic both online how to make sales online, it is a detailed and safe tool.

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

I love the Policy section to help me create uniqure inquiries.

  ### 43. BUYER BEWARE - READ THE CONTRACT

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

It is a robust tool that is very helpful in website analytics.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

All I can say is READ THE CONTRACT before you sign with SiteImprove. We signed on to try them for a year. It was a decent tool but we decided after a year that we could not justify the renewal cost. When I told them we would not be renewing I was told that we have to give them 90 days cancellation notice and we were forced into an additional year. I told them that this is a bad customer retention policy. To their credit, they did give a 20% discount...but, to be forced to pay 80% of something that we did not budget for, nor want, is bad business.

SiteImprove has lost a chance at a returning customer due to this bad policy and contract sleight-of-hand. I hope they will consider changing this policy or at least give customers a 90-day renewal warning. No one likes an unreasonable "CONTRACT GOTCHA"

**Recommendations to others considering Siteimprove:**

READ THE CONTRACT - You must give them 90 days cancellation notice before the contract end or be forced into a full year subscription.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to find broken links and spelling errors on our website.

  ### 44. Phenomenal Web Governance Suite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian R. S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2020

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

Siteimprove makes the work of web governance easier for our small web management team. On a daily basis we use it to track quality assurance (broken links, files, spelling issues, etc.) analytics and accessibility. The heat and click map features are great additions to the analytics behavioral tool. Having scores on each dashboard make it easy to see immediately where the highest-risk issues are while tracking long-term progress on improving our site. Customer support (though rarely needed!) is very responsive and helpful. Our fantastic customer success manager — who is phenomenal to work with — provides routine check-ins as well as strategy conversations, ensuring we are getting the most from our investment while serving as a cheerleader for our work.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

As of now, I have not come across anything that I dislike!

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it primarily to manage a large, complex website with many web contributors who have access to multiple pages. We easily set these web contributors up with automated reports on quality assurance, analytics, accessibility and other governance items, ensuing an up-to-date, compliant and professional website.

  ### 45. Indispensable for Army-of-One Web Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Frank M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2020

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

I've used SiteImprove since 2013. The QA suite alone is indispensable for managing a large Higher Ed with minimal support. I'm routinely using Inventory's pages and links to track down issues. The ability to download filtered reports of tables and dashboards is super helpful.

I routinely use the Analytics suite. Behavior Tracking and Maps (heat maps) enable me to demonstrate analytics and visitor behavior to stakeholder in a far more visual and logical presentation than Google Analytics. Monitoring campaigns in SiteImprove provides a complementary lens to GA's Acquisition and Conversions.

SiteImporve documentation is robust. Their customer support is exemplary. They share useful knowledge via webinars. I've seen consisted product improvement over the years.

The site and crawl settings are also great for managing "page" count and focusing the dashboard and features for different users.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

It's a deep product. it's a quick onboard, but digging through all the details takes a while. The Accessibility suite produces so much detail, it can be a bit tricky.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiently and cost effectively managing a large website. The primary benefits are an improved user experience, professional presentation of our institution and fewer emails and calls to fix things.

  ### 46. Siteimprove Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

I like Siteimprove ser-friendly dashboard.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

I'm not sure what I dislike about Siteimprove.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Siteimprove to troubleshoot and target accessibility and quality assurance issues.

  ### 47. Valuable insights into your website

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2020

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

SiteImprove makes monitoring and gathering information from your website easier and far more insightful than Google Analytics alone. Maintaining quality assurance on our websites is so easy with SiteImprove. With the click of a button, I can see broken links, misspellings, and other issues throughout the entire site in a simple and easy-to-use dashboard. I can even access my CMS on the platform to make changes immediately, so I no longer have to navigate to the page on my own to find and correct the issue.

Siteimprove's analytics are also top-notch. They have a fantastic funnels feature that allows us to track the behavior of customers visiting specific pages if they follow the funnel to our desired destination, and where they dropped off. It's all presented in a beautiful graphic that makes showing the data to less technically inclined people a breeze. We've also used their behavioral heat mapping analytics to monitor where people spend their time on our pages, and this has been very insightful in designing for mobile devices. Honestly, I've barely scratched the surface of everything that SiteImprove offers.

They also have a very useful tutorial and knowledgebase with videos and FAQs that explain all the features available, so it's never a mystery as to what something does. If those don't help, they have a very responsive and helpful support staff that helped answer all of my questions in a timely manner.

Overall, we are extremely happy with SiteImprove and the value it offers to our company.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

The UI can be a little bit clunky at times until you get used to it, though if I'm not mistaken that may be changing soon.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking customer's user experience and behavior on our site is a big feature we use SiteImprove for. Being able to see how our specific campaigns are performing and tracking customers from entry to the website to lead completion is very helpful. Also, quality assurance is another pain point that SiteImprove addresses. Fixing mistakes in links and spelling was something that we couldn't do until we started using this. It's helped make our site more professional.

  ### 48. Siteimprove makes web content clean-up more efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danika J. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2020

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

I love that there is an inventory of all documents on a particular website and it will also show you which pages are linking to a particular document. It makes clean-up and tracking down outdated content so much more efficient. I also really appreciate how responsive and helpful the Siteimprove support team is. Whenever I have a question, they are quick to reply and usually find a solution for me within 24 hours.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

So far I haven't had any negative experiences with Siteimprove. I wish I had more time to learn about all the different features.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work in a large organization that has over 100 websites and there is only 3 webmasters so Siteimprove has been a huge help when it comes to tracking down pages and websites that are out of compliance. I also think it is a huge benefit to actually have an inventory of all pages, documents, links, etc.

  ### 49. Using Siteimprove for Accessibility reviews has been wonderful and a huge time saver!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chelsea P. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

My job is to work with content creators across campus to ensure accessibility and the ability to quickly view accessibility issues has sped up my site assessments two fold. The accessibility tool is very intuitive and easy to use. The feedback it gives about WHY things are issues and best practices to resolve them is invaluable.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

The scoring system is both good and bad. I like that users can "gamify" their work by trying to fix issues and raise the score. However, some users are also prone to look at the score as a "passing grade" to just get it "good enough" instead of striving to fix all issues.

**Recommendations to others considering Siteimprove:**

Try it out and see if you like the features.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My job is focused around digital accessibility so that is the tools we use the most. Other than it being a major time saver for me, the biggest benefit I have seen is giving users the tools to check their own sites without having to be accessibility experts. A side bonus of this is that the documentation about accessibility issues also teachers the users WHY things are issues and the best practices for fixing them.

  ### 50. Collect form data and customize web content with Siteimprove

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

Siteimprove is easy to setup and integrate into a website. If you use Cascade CMS, then Hannon Hill will get you going.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

The interface feels like a time warp back to 2009.

**Recommendations to others considering Siteimprove:**

Take your time and really think through how the web customizations can provide value to your web visitors.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily setup forms to collect data about your site visitors and then use this to customize your web content to that visitor.
