**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon T. | Junior .NET Developer, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

I like that the price of Siteimprove is quite considerable compared to similar platforms that are on the market; I think it has a clean and easy-to-use interface, which makes the venue one of the best in terms of accessibility, use and analysis to achieve to have monitoring of our web pages without having any interruption in the work planning. Siteimprove generates super complete reports covering the area of quality control and accessibility for any user. One of the best tools this platform has is the ability to scan a web page in case you need specific information from it.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

So far, we have not given with particular dislikes; we are still growing with the platform; therefore, sometimes, we would love to receive invitations to take inductions through the academy and thus continue learning the tools or techniques that Siteimprove provides. The only thing we can say so far that would be of great support is to have the means to make specific configurations on a board to classify the different types of users.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without a doubt, we have had more time to dedicate and focus our energy on situations that require it within our organization thanks to the automation, analysis and follow-ups that Siteimprove's platform provides us. As an organization, one of our responsibilities is to have web page editors identify spelling errors or broken links in a high number of pages; since we use the tools of this platform, our team responsible for this type of task has had a much broader vision of what is required, being able to address and fix it much more effectively in record time.

I like their dashboard setup; it is very interactive and color-coded; we do weekly tracking that allows us to identify changes that have been made, understand what is being needed and take the necessary steps to fix broken links, accessibility issues or misspellings promptly. The dashboards are straightforward to use, attractively designed and customizable. It's also easy to generate and export reports in multiple formats and weigh the errors found, so you know which ones are a priority and address them as soon as possible.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

It has occasionally given some low scores, and we haven't made sense of why and its pricing is a bit aggressive; other than that, it has done everything right in the functions we use.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Siteimprove has helped us locate errors on our website in terms of broken links, misspellings and overall accessibility almost instantaneously; thus, we have been able to apply fixes as soon as possible and provide a better browsing experience to users who frequent our websites. **What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

There are a few things I like best about Siteimprove:

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

One thing I can say that I don't like is that some of the newer features come with an additional charge, as opposed to being included in the annual fee. It would make more sense if these were priced together since they usually go hand-in-hand. Other than that, I enjoy using this software!

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Siteimprove service enables us to keep track of our website's performance and verify that updates are not causing any issues. **Reviewed by:** 💋 Lisa M. E. | Head Of Marketing - NORAM, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

Saving reports and scheduling them to be sent to the people who are responsible for different areas of the site. This made it easy for them to have an up-to-date checklist of items to fix for the areas that they were responsible for. I also have a roll-up report for team leaders, and technical SEO reports for the people responsible for those areas. Makes site maintenance easier because no one can pretend that they thought someone else would do it.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

I can't think of anything I dislike about it. Except that it can be a little overwhelming for novice users. That's why I like to set up the reports to send to them so they don't get lost with all the other things that SiteImprove can do.

Siteimprove is a program that involves the idea of being more proactive in terms of the dynamics of doing consolidated tracking in terms of web traffic. It is simple to use, the interface is straightforward and gives that peace of mind needed to not confuse with the tools. I like Siteimprove because I know when the website is being visited.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

I do not like that it has a very high price, sometimes I have had multiple problems with the acquisition by some colleagues with limited budgets.

It is necessary to note that the program rises steadily because it helps us to encourage the management of web traffic activities. We can know who are the nationalities with more frequency of visits on our page, it is undoubtedly a differentiating element in our web. **Reviewed by:** Laurie B. | Associate Director of Digital Strategy, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

I love the site analytic tools built into SiteImprove. It's so much more intuitive than Google Analytics and my favorite tool is the behavior tracking view that will easily show you where users are coming from and where they're going next. I also like how analytics are built into other tools like broken links, so you can easily see how that link disrupts user behavior.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

The new dashboard reporting structure is a bit cumbersome with the permissions. You have to create dashboards to generate reports, and dashboards aren't easy to limit access. It's either on for everyone or not, which can cause issues when trying to segment reports and access.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use SiteImprove for managing a very decentralized university website. I love that we can set up groups and permissions so that certain users can see the content they have control over and not be bothered by the things that don't relate to their area.

  ### 27. Using Siteimprove is a convenient way to help ensure the quality of your site.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hiroyuki U. | Digital Marketing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

This tool regulary monitor the broken links in website, and shows where it exists.
It is bothering to eliminate them, so this autopilot monitoring saves peoples workload.
Siteimprove shows how many times it viewed and how many times it clicked.
This helps you to prioritize which should be fixed first.
It can help you to find pages that not linked from anywhere but being viewed .

Also you can check if property setting is good for SEO, and for Accesibility as well.
Anyway I prefer the link checking most.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

SEO checking possibly be better. It is possible to show the simulation of search snipet visually, and where it comes from as well.

Good solution to check and fix broken links.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eliminatiion of broken links.

  ### 30. Great comprehensive tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura B. | Web editor and information architect, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

Blog and webinars are super helpful. Tool itself is comprehensive and relatively easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

The polices don't always work for me. We have a lot of quality checks (need to know what pages have a specific name so it can be changed or have a specific non-broken link) and these kind of checks can be difficult to do.

**Recommendations to others considering Siteimprove:**

The tool itself is very helpful, but it's the community and experts that you get access to that's the real icing on the cake. We've learned so much about accessibility and improving general website quality from their blog and webinars, that, combined with SiteImprove have really helped us improve our website.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Broken links, accessibility issues, quality control issues.

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

Clean interface and pretty easy on-boarding (in most areas). Dashboards work great. When we need to make content changes, the Policy function is so critical. We can quickly find all instances of a phrase, image, file, or snippet of HTML and generate a list we can share with our content editors to quickly make changes on those web pages. Heatmaps and behavior tracking give us useful insights for directing design and content strategy. User management is simple and powerful. Allows for SSO. Thorough documentation. Help Center is actually helpful. They even have analytics training.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

Sometimes it can be slow and there are occasional bugs in the reporting, but nothing major. It's a pain to have to go through ever single instance of a single photo and mark it as for looks only (for accessibility auditing). I wish we could say this file is only used on the site for decorative purposes, or have the option of saying all images on this page are decorative, ignore.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm always looking for ways to automate parts of my job that don't require critical thinking. SiteImprove helps out a lot with this. I can set up policies that will search our sites for things like a specific word or link, or images over a certain size. This is very helpful for changes in terminology or a department rebranding. Another things that helps a lot is the automated reports I can send myself. Instead of logging into Site Improve to check for broken links every Monday, I can simply send myself the report, and only log in if I need to fix something. This makes checking off simple tasks easy.

The reading level score was crucial for the site audit I did last year. I really helped pinpoint which pages needed a content overhaul.

  ### 32. Don't know what we'd do without SiteImprove.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

Intuitive to use, good support, invaluable insights on accessibility and other issues. Makes it so easy to track where issues are and to go in and fix them. Love the policy feature for things like finding all places on a site where a term appears (e.g., to change a number, remove outdated information, and address other strategic needs from leadership). Loveee the monthly accessibility webinars and that they're done in partnership with people who can give the perspective of actual users with disabilities. They also put on a wonderful Global Accessibility Awareness Day (GAAD) program in 2021 — learned so many actionable insights that could take back to my team.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

I can't really think of any downsides. Truly don't know what we'd do without SiteImprove.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking accessibility issues and easily finding places where fixes are needed. Same with tracking and resolving broken links. Insights on how to improve our SEO. SiteImprove's reports are also extremely valuable for giving real data/metrics to demonstrate the health of the site to leadership as needed, and to show changes in the health over time.

  ### 33. Siteimprove makes QA easy and analytics accessible to everyone on the team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

Our team loves Siteimprove because it automates broken links and typo reporting to our users across the university and integrates seamlessly with our Omni CMS to allow repairs with one click. We also have the analytics solution, which is much more user-friendly than Google and has allowed our users to gather their own analytics data, saving tons of time. Siteimprove also has excellent training materials available.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

Not being able to set a default dashboard for different types of users has caused a little confusion since we have multiple dashboards available, but other than that it's challenging to think of anything to dislike.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Siteimprove, we are saving our small digital strategy team's time every day because it does the heavy lifting of automated error reporting to our 600+ CMS users. It has also been useful for scanning our million+ pages when offices change names or go away.

  ### 34. David Nelson - Siteimprove feedback

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David N. | Director, Digital Marketing & eCommerce, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

The dashboard with the essential elements/metrics is really helpful. Then, it is very efficient to pass off the issues to developers/authors to drill down into the details and fix them.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

It takes too long to crawl the site and generate the report. Currently, it takes multiple days to complete this. Maybe I'm just impatient, but I really want my results sooner than that. I know part of the reason for this is to not overwhelm our site, but we've got a robust enough platform where this won't be an issue. It would be great if we could turn up the power on the crawler to make it finish faster, even if we had to pay a premium to do it.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. We rely on the QA aspect to ensure we don't have broken links or misspellings across the site.
2. We've been using it to improve our technical SEO performance, specifically, our mobile performance.
3. Finally, we've been using the accessibility component to improve our compliance and meet the necessary regulatory guidelines.

  ### 35. Siteimprove helped make our site more accessible to our members

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean W. | Manager, Digital Experience Center (DXC), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

The tool has really helped our site become more well-rounded with greatly improved web accessibility, improved SEO, fewer broken links, etc. which were all clearly outlined in the Siteimprove dashboard. The scoring system also makes the updates more rewarding, our developers love seeing the scores climb.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

Sometimes the scoring for web accessibility will wildly jump after a site update. Seems like small code updates will make large impacts to the perceived accessibility on the site. Also there needs to be clearer ways to ignore or skip items that Siteimprove flags for resolution. Sometimes they are actually not issues or they cannot be fixed and it can clutter up the dashboard reports.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We mainly use the tool for web accessibility and we have improved our score greatly thanks to Siteimprove. The tool clearly laid out accessibility issues which we resolved in a recent redesign and continue to push more improvements regularly.

  ### 36. Super Helpful Services

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa K. | Director of Institutional Communications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2018

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

I like how SiteImprove is consistently monitoring my account and has information at the ready if we need to research issues. The reps are great and attentive. They are always willing to assist or find the info that you need. I also like that there are recommendations on how to improve our ratings. It is also helpful to have the plugin for the website fully functioning and helping me create accessible pages as I am working on them.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

I had issues with the plugin for Wordpress for a while, but our developers worked it out. I would also like email reminders to take Academy courses to brush up on information or learn about techniques I should be using.

**Recommendations to others considering Siteimprove:**

If you have WCAG concerns, SiteImprove can help you become compliant and understand what the issues with your site are. It can also tell you how to fix issues and how to best serve your users.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To make sure that our website is accessible to people of all abilities. I realized that there is an abundance of information on the platform and that others are going through the same issues so I can get information on most topics if I need it.

  ### 37. An easy to use and powerful tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jarrod C. | Web Support Officer - Digital Marketing and Customer Engagement - Marketing and Recruitment, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

I like how SiteImprove's crawler can go through our 14,000+ page website and help identify critical areas that need immediate maintenance (such as spelling mistakes, broken links, items that don't abide by our setup policies). I also like how the information crawled can then be organised into a customisable dashboard for distribution to other teams and users.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

There is a slight learning curve to SiteImprove initially, but this is quickly overcome as they have a vast library of tutorials to walk you through the processes of setting up dashboards, policies etc. They also provide a live chat feature to troubleshoot any specific issues. Once the initial setup has taken place, it becomes a breeze to use.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been using SiteImprove to track down spelling mistakes and broken links across the 14,000+ university website. Our team currently maintains a community of around 300 web editors. Since introducing this tool to them, it has enabled them to have greater visibility around any errors in their relevant sections and helped them go in quickly and action any required changes.

  ### 38. Web housekeeping made simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eevon N. | VP, Web Management, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

I like how responsive the team respond to queries, especially Richard Wolf, Monica, Dirk. Features wise, policy is great. Tagging of members to certain groups is also a good feature.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

Siteimprove do not have a feature that can compare the two time periods. As we usually have to provide status report to higher management, data such as % broken links fixed in Q1 , Q2 etc has to be manually calculated. It will be great if we can have this kind of data readily available in the system.

**Recommendations to others considering Siteimprove:**

It works the same way as to how our doctors recommend us to have an annual health check-up. It makes sense to check your website regularly for quality assurance. Siteimprove will help significantly on website content optimisation to analyse, optimise, and protect your websites. From a hygiene and publishing angle, you can proactively monitor content e.g. duplication / error / misspelled words.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work with web management teams in 6 countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, China, Vietnam) to optimize our websites. It's easy to run through individual country data separately but on the flip side, we realised that it is not easy for the central management team (Singapore) to compare data between countries VS countries through the system.

**Official Response from Polina Komendantova:**

> Thank you so much for your kind words, Eevon. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us! We are delighted to hear that Siteimprove is solving your business problems and streamlining your content optimisation process across multiple countries.

We think it’s incredibly important to gather customer feedback and ideas for making our solutions and services even better. So, we will be looking into your suggestions on how we can compare figures across multiple periods and different countries. We have reached out to you via email to learn more about your requirements.

  ### 39. Too many false positives and can be slow

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

A good automated tool but could be much better. The link and spelling checkers are very useful and the support is always good. The webinars they do are always informative.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

There are way too many false positives that come up in the reporting. The software can also be extremely slow and sometimes just stop functioning. This was very good software at one point but recent changes have made it more difficult to use efficiently.

**Recommendations to others considering Siteimprove:**

It's good software and serves a purpose but it has regressed in recent months.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing us to get a good view of accessibility and quality assurance in our site. However, it's sometimes very frustrating to use because of the false positives and slowness of the software itself.

  ### 40. Siteimprove is a great resource

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Catherine D. | Social Media and Web Specialist | Digital Team Member , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

Siteimprove has excellent reports and offers tips about keeping sites accessible. I particularly appreciate the monthly presentations by Keith Bundy for the Accessibility Education Community.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

It is hard to clear false errors. I want to ignore known issues for a bit longer, particularly when I cannot fix the problem on my own and need partners to help.

**Recommendations to others considering Siteimprove:**

Siteimprove is a great tool for monitoring your web content.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Siteimprove helps me train content providers and provides a neutral tool to discuss coding errors and spelling mistakes that need to be corrected to meet WCAG standards.

  ### 41. SiteImprove reveals accessibility issues and offers actionable guidance.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelicia C. | Web Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

There are a variety of ways of auditing your site. You can look at issues per page, per issue, per custom policy, per group etc. The interface is extremely simple to use and packs a lot of information into digestible and actionable bits.

I LOVE the policies I am able to create based on CSS selector. This allows us to group and audit our pages and features of our pages on a variety of levels.

I'm impressed with the way the WCAG guidelines are outlined and explained as well as how you can filter in or out criteria or issues based on user role, WCAG level, etc.

The new tagging system is useful! I can easily see how my templates are working out on our live site.

I appreciate the broad overview of my entire site that SiteImprove facilitates. I also love the free chrome accessibility checker SiteImprove provides.

Finally, I appreciate the product support we've received. I have used "live chat" feature multiple times and have received prompt and useful support.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

There are some legacy modules that are not as intuitive as the majority of SiteImprove modules. Site crawl exclusions, aliases are a bit cumbersome.

**Recommendations to others considering Siteimprove:**

Poke around and set up policies and dashboards. These features can really bring to light areas of your site that require focused attention.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been able to vastly improve the accessibility and quality of our site. We've raised our accessibility score but have also been able to methodically do a manual audit of the accessibility of our site that offers improvements far beyond what the technical score is able to show.

  ### 42. Siteimprove makes it easy to maintain quality for any sized website.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James M. | Web Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

All of the features are great. The SEO panel is my favorite. Not all SEO improvements are easy to do, but Siteimprove gives clear instructions on how to improve your score.m

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

No other product comes close to Siteimprove in terms of features, ease-of-use, usefulness, and price. Collaboration features are solid but could grow.

**Recommendations to others considering Siteimprove:**

There are similar tools to Siteimprove out there, but none can match the value. Whether you are a developer, author, or manager, it's important to maintain a quality site.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accessibility is important to us and we follow WCAG 2.1 guidelines as much as possible. Mistakes are easy to make in this area, even for seasoned developers. Siteimprove quickly catches issues and provides solutions. I prefer this over paying ten times the amount it would take for a vendor audit.

  ### 43. Great Insights and Action Items

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

Siteimprove provides comphrehensive insights into the performance of a website. The interface is pretty easy to use. It delivers actionable items to be worked on to help create better content and improve performance to drive traffic and ultimately boost conversion rates. Siteimprove was able to present pages that needed cleanup of the metadata, which helped improve our scores.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

There is an initial learning curve when working with the tool. It would be nice to have more analytics incorporated into the tool. It would be helpful if the exporting of reports were more customizable.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Siteimprove has helped with identifying technical issues that we have been able to work through. Accessibility was another problem on the site that we have been able to address.

  ### 44. Analytics mixed with Quality Assurance

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raymond W. | Director of Marketing and Communications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

Analytics within Siteimprove is the best I have found. Analyzing digital campaigns using KPIs, the UTM builder, and the overall reporting structure is the best.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

The reporting structure has changed somewhat over the years. Previous iterations of the reporting system were slightly better. Additionally, tracking via county is not currently available.

**Recommendations to others considering Siteimprove:**

It is worth the investment.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking digital campaigns is the key part of Siteimprove for us. Additionally, we are a small department and Siteimprove helps us make sure all links are accurate.

  ### 45. Siteimprove Review - Great tool!!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie R. | Director of Digital Strategy , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

Siteimprove is a tool I use daily to monitor the health of the website I manage at my organization. It is so valuable to know how well you're doing with SEO, accessibility, and usability. The broken link reports are so valuable and the functionality that allows me to create policies to get quick reports on things going on across the site that need to be fixed. I can also share information with content owners across the organization so they know what to do to keep their content accurate and up to date. The customer support is amazing and our rep regularly reaches out to us. There are super-valuable learning materials, including webinars and white papers.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

There are no downsides to using Siteimprove. It is well worth the cost.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We monitor the accessibility, SEO and usability health of the website and we can also see how we are doing with the industry benchmarks. It is also a great tool to keep senior management informed of the ROI.

  ### 46. Great analytics tool for reworking your site

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

Siteimprove creates a dashboard to view a breakdown of all sections of the website that allows the owner find problematic areas. what is causing the issues and some direction of fixing the issue. Having full control over the dashboard is important as you can customize what is important to your organization, create graphs, visual indicators and other measuring tools to show progress and feedback from the site.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

Based on your site's platform, some of the integrations and features don't work as well as others CMS platforms. For instance, Drupal is a perfect companion for working with your website and Siteimprove, allowing you to edit directly within the application. However, a SharePoint site does not play well with those tools, and you'll have to go back and forth with corrections and making edits on the site. This challenge is not a deal-breaker but something worth noting.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Siteimprove allows our department to find outdated content with our web pages, PDF documents, hyperlinks, PowerPoint Presentations and identify them quickly, making the necessary corrections, edits, or decisions to remove the content from the site. Without a tool like this combing through our site, it would be very tedious and almost impossible to manually go through the entire site to accomplish the tasks we are completing. It has allowed us to find problem areas, sections and brought conversations to the forefront about how we manage our documents and content within (and outside) of our department.

  ### 47. Fantastic Product and Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2020

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

I can't say enough good things about Siteimprove. As the sole web content manager of a large college website, I use it regularly to identify quality assurance issues with our website, such as broken links and mispellings. Sharing snapshots with our many web contributors is simple and helps them easily identify issues so we can fix them quickly. A quality assurance score helps us monitor progress. Pulling analytics is easy and helps to show if pages are having an impact. Customer support is exemplary -- responsive and helpful. A robust help center within Siteimprove offers tutorials on its many (and ever expanding) features.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

Nothing. Wish there was more time to take advantage of all of Siteimprove's features!

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small web management team, Siteimprove helps us identify issues with our website that we otherwise wouldn't be able to on a regular basis.

  ### 48. User Friendly Tool to Improve Accessibility and Usability on Your Websites

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

Siteimprove's interface is easy to use. It received the most positive feedback during our pilot to choose a platform. We're able to set up new users and add new websites quickly and efficiently. It empowers our site owners to improve the accessibility and usability of their websites. Also Siteimprove's Support site provides detailed, up-to-date documentation and training materials. We're able to provide guidance using these resources when questions come in. When we do reach out, the Support team is friendly and quick to respond with clear communication and direction. They check-in with us and ensure we understand the solution or next steps.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

The process for crawling password-protected sites is complex, but doable. It took time to set up because of our campus's security protocols. We ran into some issues setting up single sign-on as well, which were a combination of Siteimprove and our campus's IT security. Now that we're past this setup process, Siteimprove runs smoothly.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our Digital Accessibility Office focuses on improving the online experience of users with disabilities. We use Siteimprove's tools to teach site owners how to fix accessibility issues on their sites. We've also found site owners gravitate to the Quality Assurance module. They use the broken link and spell checker tools frequently. We use Siteimprove's tools to help build a culture of digital accessibility on our campus. We've seen an increased interest in accessibility and usability on our websites from all across campus. And hope to continue building it going forward as we add more users each week.

  ### 49. Siteimprove is a terrific resource, I can highly recommend it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruce R. | Senior Web Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

The scans for Quality Assurance and WCAG accessibility are very helpful. Building custom policies to search for content or even HTML code can be a great time saver.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

Sometimes the scans produce false positives, and there are always results that must be double-checked by a human.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our websites must be accessible to screen-readers and people with impaired vision. The scans give us data to prove that we are addressing those needs.

  ### 50. Helpful and easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt J. | Systems Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Siteimprove?**

The interface is straightforward and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Siteimprove?**

I can't think of anything that I actively dislike about the product.

**What problems is Siteimprove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My office primarily uses it to help us track broken links in our pages and PDFs. We also use it to help when we need to update terminology or references to outdated items on our pages. This has made it easy to make sure we are in compliance.
