It gives us peace of mind that we are able to claim WCAG AA Compliance, to help better serve our impaired website visitors and also protect us from potential lawsuits. It's not technically a "dislike," but a warning that you or your company's main user should have some basic grasp of web development, AA compliance & SEO if they are going to be the one using the software. We use the "Quality Assurance" piece regularly, to clean up any Broken Links or misspellings across our entire site. We also use the "Inventory" piece to search for an instance that reoccurs on our website (for example, a phone number that is changed -- now we can reference anywhere on the site that has the old number, and fix it in every place). Takes the guest work out of finding issues in your website" 4.5/5 What do you like best about Siteimprove? Takes the guest work out of finding issues in your website, which I absolutely love: Broken links, missing alt texts, typos. It gives you actionable items. Clear and concise steps to fix the issue. As an admin that manages plenty of sites within the platform, I would like to have a more bird's eye view (overview) in certain areas, like activity plans in SEO adv. I would like to see all the activity plans of all my sites in one page. Same with heatmaps. (I think there is a workaround for that one). It would also be nice to be able to "reset" the DCI scores or areas where it sometimes the platform gets stuck instead of having to submit a ticket. I understand that crawling so many pages, is bound to issues, but having a reset button on our end would be nice. (I am not talking about recrawl) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. As a site manager, I like the ability of tracking down specific links, words, phrases on the site to update them, without the need of doing google searches. What do you dislike about Siteimprove? The only dislike I have of SiteImprove is that it does so much and at the begining the learning curve of where everything is can be a bit much. I think assigning the different levels of access to other users especially in an enterprise setting can get pretty confusing. In the Public sector KPI's aren't always as clear. We don't have monthly sales to measure. Government websites are more targeted on service and information.
