Whether you are in it daily or only have time to check it once a month, it's intuitive enough that you know what improvements you can make to get the biggest impact. Not all the features are relevant to government/public sector, especially in analytics, as we don't have lots of KPIs to track compared to something like an e-commerce site. Being the largest public-facing communication tool for the City and County of Denver, it's very important that our content is up to date, relevant, and perhaps most importantly accessible to all. Given that we are tasked to do a lot with a small team, Siteimprove helps us focus our efforts, spot trends both good and bad across the site, and quickly address major accessibility and content issues.
