"Locations", and not because I dislike the feature, but because we will visit anywhere from 1 to 7-8 locations per crew per shift, so we only use "Locations" to divide workers into crews. Running reports is extremely easy. I can track expiring training certificates without the need for creating spreadsheets with conditional formatting. Workers are easily able to navigate through the program and complete safety paperwork. Paperwork no longer gets lost or is unreadiable. I receive notification when forms are completed so that I am able to audit the process to ensure that hazard assessments and safety documentation are completed as required.
