At scale this becomes unmanageable and undermines the otherwise modern authoring experience. • Performance overhead: Resolving big Multilists in getStaticProps can slow page builds / google lighthouse performance. We’ve mitigated this by writing a custom Page Props plug-in that loads only the referenced fields, but an out-of-the-box optimization (e.g., server-side search, lazy loading, or virtualised lists) would benefit every team. • Desired outcome: Native Multilist with Search plus OOTB props-level caching or flattening so large lists don’t affect performance. • Basic workflow, page-level only: The built-in workflow is great for simple publish approvals but lacks granular, component- or content-item-level states, branching paths, timed gates, and external system integrations. Editorial teams with complex governance need more nuanced, configurable workflows. Content Hub is one of the good product in DAM ecosystem but documentation its very generic and lack useful information which can be improved.
